That is why, if you change your mind after buying a painting, a print or an art furniture piece, you have 14 days from receipt to return it, without having to give us any explanation.

How to proceed

To withdraw, fill in the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page: all you need is your order number. It reaches us right away and we send you a confirmation of receipt.

Returns and refunds

From that moment you have another 14 days to send the artwork back to us, intact and well packed, preferably insured: the return shipping costs are at your expense. An armchair must be returned in its original wooden crate, which we ask you to keep, with a specialist courier of your choice; the cost depends on the courier, the weight and the destination.

As soon as we receive the artwork we refund you within 14 days, using the same method you paid with and in euros, which is the currency of the payment. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the refund using its own exchange rate, which may differ from the one applied to the payment. The refund also includes any shipping costs you paid to receive the order.

The exceptions

Commissioned artworks: created from your instructions, by their nature they cannot be returned like a product that is already available.

Workshops: they are activities with a specific date and by law carry no right of withdrawal. You can, however, cancel up to 48 hours before the start and receive a full refund.

Gift cards: you can withdraw as long as the card has not been used, even in part: write to us and we will cancel it and refund you.

Paintings already in the catalog, fine art prints, even if numbered, and art furniture pieces remain covered by the right of withdrawal as above.

If the artwork arrives damaged, see the page Terms and conditions to find out what to do.

Last updated: October 28, 2026.

Courtesy translation: in case of any difference between the versions, the Italian one prevails.

Sappiamo che comprare un’opera d’arte online richiede fiducia.
